Shipping and Handling

INTERNATIONAL:

We ship our items using Philippine Postal Service through Registered Mail or Express Shipping.

​

LOCAL:

All Philippine orders are shipped via PhilPost or LBC. 

Orders weighing 0-50g are shipped free of charge.

Items 51g and above varies depending on weight and localities

Shipments go out once a week. Depending on the item, they will either be wrapped in reused paper and placed in a bubble envelope or placed in a cardboard box with crumpled reused paper stuffing to avoid shaking or joggling to ensure it stays protected and properly secure!

INSURANCE: I do not add insurance when shipping but if you would care for insurance please contact me promptly and I will gladly add it for a small fee.

Refunds and Exchanges
I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or give refunds.
 
If there is a serious problem we MAY come to a compromise of sorts but we cannot guarantee this will occur. We are a small business and each item is unique and made by hand. Please be absolutely sure you want an item before purchasing. 

ALSO, please note I am not responsible for lost or damaged items that I have shipped through PhlPost. Once the package is out of my hands I can do no more to ensure its safe arrival.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Guarantee

All pieces are guaranteed for workmanship with only the finest quality materials used. Every order is checked for quality and carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival to customers. We do our best to reflect the true colours of each piece, on the website. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 7 days for credit. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The customer shall be responsible for any freight costs incurred by returning goods. Naturally should an item be damaged during shipping I will repair your item at no cost or offer you a full refund.

Due to the personal hygeine natures of earrings we do not accept returns.

Please note: gemstones are natural minerals and may have markings, inclusions or irregular shapes. These aspects are natural to the stones and are considered part of their beauty.

Care Instructions

A silver polishing or jewelry cloth is recommended for cleaning. Please do not use chemical cleaners as they may damage pearls and materials. We recommend items be loosely coiled for storage or hung on a jewelry stand.
